with Facilitators Darlene Hunter and Wendy Cummins along with Jyoti and Russell Park, the developers of Maitri Breathwork! They will be joined by other facilitators and assistants who are all giving of their time, love and energy, in this way, the breathwork fee will be donated to the Center for Sacred Studies.  Thank you!

Maitri Breathwork TM is a self-regulated breathing experience that allows you to access altered states of consciousness. It allows you to enter into a deeper relationship with the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of your being, while being held in a safe, supportive environment.

Maitri Breathwork TM , as developed by Jyoti Ma and Russell Park, is a potent guided breathing practice that puts the process of healing into your own hands and body. Trained facilitators assist breathers in their process with sound, scent, verbal coaching, and hands-on bodywork.

The day consists of morning and afternoon sessions, offering each person two experiences: lying down as a breather, and sitting while another person breathes. Following their breathwork session, breathers usually create a mandala drawing, which functions as a tool for further study or meditation on the material that arose during the experience. The day ends with a meal, and a circle of sharing and integration.

The workshop is facilitated by Darlene Hunter and Wendy Cummins, and a team of assistants.

Cost: $250* (including two light meals)

Pre-registration required with a non-refundable deposit of $125

Bring: Water bottle, journal, and a warm blanket or sleeping bag and pillow.

Wear warm loose, layered clothing.

Prepare: Please eat lightly, or not at all after breakfast. Drink plenty of water.

Darlene Hunter has been facilitating Maitri Breathwork TM  for 28 years.  She is an elder of Kayumari, a global Spiritual Community in America and Europe, and CSS.  A Certified Maitri Breathworker, a teacher and person of prayer, she offers individual and group circles to support awakening by holding prayer ceremonies to bring people in direct contact with the Divine - dedicated to the Earth and All Her Beings. darlene.hunter@centerforsacredstudies.org

Wendy Cummins has been facilitating Maitri Breathwork TM  for 28 years. She is a counselor, as well as a trauma specialist, and works with individuals and groups, supporting people in excavating trauma for deeper self love. wendyvision@gmail.com
