Maitri Breathwork™

"Maitri" is Sanskrit for unconditional loving-kindness toward oneself and others.
Maitri Breathwork™, created by Jyoti Ma and Russell Park, Ph.D., is a simple breathing technique used to access altered states of consciousness, allowing you to embody your own healing energy in a supportive and nurturing way. With evocative world music, hands on healing, herbs and essential oils, a profound expansion of self awareness is possible that may activate personal and global healing.
The day will consist of morning and afternoon sessions allowing each person to experience breathwork as both a breather and a sitter. Following the breathwork process, breathers create mandalas (drawings), which can be a tool for further study or meditation. The day ends with a circle of sharing and integration. Two nutritious meals will be served!
