On one of my trips into the outback I visited I visited a shearing station about 30 km north east of Barcaldine, called "North Delta". The experience was a reflection for me on the activities of the outback and the relationship man has with the animals. The sweat and toil of man and animal seemed ingrained into the timber of the building itself. I captured this moment to preserve it in time. The border collie in the foreground was my own dog Jessie, my own loyal and very loving companion.
